Joseph currently serves as the CEO of Storybids, a venture capital-funded startup focusing on in-video advertisements via product placement in user-generated content as well as professionally-scripted Internet Webisodes. Storybids offers a new way to monetize video that can be substituted or used in conjunction with pre-roll and post-roll advertising by inserting actual products, services, or verbal mentions pre-production via a marketplace based on storyboards as the point-of-sale. Joseph began his career in the Internet in 2001, founding Boost Search Marketing, which focused on organic search engine optimization, branding and strategy, business modeling, lead generation, conversion analysis, and competitive intelligence.
