No purchase or paid conference admission necessary to enter or win the Search Engine Strategies Conference & Expo ("SES") Your Way Facebook Fan Sweepstakes (the "Promotion"). The prize consists of one complementary full conference pass to any SES event (the "Prize"). Total approximate retail value of the prize: $1,995.00. It is solely the entrant's responsibility to ensure that he/she fully complies with these Official Rules and the awarding of the prize is contingent upon full compliance with the Official Rules.

The Drawing ends on November 15, 2009, at 5:00 p.m EST. Only one entry per person. One winner will be selected by a random drawing from the total pool of all SES Facebook fans as of November 15th. The winner must be 18 years or older to claim prize. The judges' decision is final with respect to all matters relating to the Promotion.

Prize is not transferable, and no cash or other substitution of a prize is permitted in whole or in part except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Prize is not redeemable by winner for cash value. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prize are the sole responsibility of winner.

Winner must comply with all of the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Should winner fail to take delivery of the prize within 30 days of notice of availability, or should winner refuse the prize, or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Sponsor makes no warranties with regard to any of the prizes. Odds of winning depend on the number of entrants in the Drawing. Only persons registered as "fans" of the SES Facebook Fan Page (http://facebook.com/sesconf) are eligible to win.

Odds of winning are not increased if you pay to attend a conference.

Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate in the Drawing or win a prize: a) Persons who are a part of Incisive Interactive Marketing LLC, its affiliates, or their respective parents, subsidiaries, successors, or the service agencies or independent contractors of any of the above organizations; b) Persons who are engaged in the development, production, or management of SES; c) All employees, contractors or consultants of companies exhibiting or sponsoring SES; all SES speakers and all press; d) Persons who are immediate family, or reside in the same household as any persons in either of the preceding categories.

No substitution or cash equivalent of the prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of Incisive Interactive Marketing LLC due to prize unavailability. Should the prize go unclaimed it will not be awarded. The winner will be solely responsible for all incidental charges and compliance with all laws and regulations. By participating and/or winning a prize, all entrants and winner release Incisive Interactive Marketing LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, independent contractors and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from participating in the Drawing or the awarding, acceptance, possession, unavailability or use (or misuse) of the prize including liability for personal injury.

By accepting this prize, the winner agrees to Incisive Interactive Marketing LLC's use of his/her name, address, voice, photograph, videotape, or any likeness for advertising and publicity purposes. The winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and where lawful, a Publicity Release within 14 days of prize notification. Incisive Interactive Marketing LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion if fraud, error or technical problems interfere or disrupt the Promotion. Incisive Interactive Marketing LLC is not liable for any typographical, technical, human or other errors. Any claims related to the Promotion shall be brought only in the courts of the State of New York. Offer void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
