Laura Thieme founded Bizresearch in 1997. Initially, Ms. Thieme focused on Bizresearch as an international market research and Internet training company. Bizresearch has evolved into a search engine optimization (SEO) and Web site traffic analysis company.
Prior to founding Bizresearch, Ms. Thieme worked for American Electric Power (AEP) in Columbus, Ohio, and USAID/Deloitte & Touche in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Ms. Thieme has been featured in Business First, Investors Business Daily, Columbus Dispatch, Columbus Business Today, Small Business News-Columbus. She frequently makes presentations to technology organizations and has been featured on Cable TV.
Ms. Thieme is a graduate of The Ohio State University where she received a B.A. in Russian Studies. Recent accomplishments of Ms. Thieme include: Top 25 Executive Women in Columbus, Ohio; Graduate of FastTrac II, Ohio Foundation for Entrepreneurial Education. In addition, the Industry & Technology Council has noted Ms. Thieme as a Successful Dot.Com Start-up.
