Exhibit Space
The Sponsor will receive an 8 x 10 foot exhibit space to distribute promotional materials throughout the day. The exhibit space is floor space only. In addition, the Sponsor has the option to receive a complimentary booth set to include a 6 foot table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket, and a standard 44 x 7 inch sign with company name on it. Any changes, additions or substitutions to these complimentary booth sets are at the Sponsor's expense. The Sponsor is responsible for all of its own booth decoration, personnel, electric, shipping, computer, telephone and other requirements. Floor Exhibit Space is made available on a first come, first served basis and no assurances or guarantees for specific space can be given.

Search Engine Strategies '99 Handbook Advertising
The Sponsor will have its logo and description in the Company Listing section of Search Engine Strategies '99 handbook. In addition, the Sponsor will have the opportunity to provide us with a full page print advertisement for the Seminar Handbook.

On-site Marketing and Promotional Exposure
The Sponsor's logo will be printed on the attendee canvas bag, the Search Engine Strategies '99 welcome banner, and the general meeting room stage banner at Search Engine Strategies '99.

Media and Public Relations Exposure
The Sponsor's company name will be mentioned in pre-show press releases and company logo on print advertisements in Internet World magazine to thousands of industry professionals (subject to the date exhibitor's payment and signed agreement is received).

Seminar Registrations For Sponsors
The Sponsor will receive five complimentary registrations to Search Engine Strategies '99 ($3975 value) for use by its personnel and may not be transferred or re-sold in any manner.

Seminar Registrations For Sponsor's Customers
The Sponsor will be able to offer its customers a special seminar registration rate for Search Engine Strategies '99 at the discounted price of $600 per registration ($195 savings per registration).

Search Engine Strategies '99 Web Site Advertising
Sponsor's company logo and description will appear on our Search Engine Strategies '99 Web Site with link to Sponsor's Web Site. Thousands of Internet industry professionals are expected to visit the seminar web site over the duration of the pre-seminar posting.
