Barney Jones is a senior Maximiser in Google's UK Direct Sales Office and is responsible for helping Google's advertisers achieve better results with their keyword advertising campaigns. The Maximiser team specialises in writing improved keyword lists and ad text for Google advertisers as well as advising on overall strategic issues such as campaign structure, pricing, etc.
Jones joined Google from Cubitt Consulting, the specialist financial and corporate PR agency. At Cubitt, he worked on pan-European communications strategy for clients such as Adecco, Telekom Austria and Somerfield PLC.
Since joining the company, Jones has had experience working with literally hundreds of Google's largest advertisers such as eBay, Amazon, BT, Lloyds TSB, Argos, Sony, etc.
Jones holds a degree in English Language and Literature from Oxford University.
