Harrison Magun is Vice President and Managing Director of eonMedia
(http://www.eonmedia.com), an online
marketing management agency with a focus on paid search engine
marketing. Magun was formerly Vice President of Business Development at
Go Toast, a sister company providing online tools to web marketers.
While at Go Toast, Magun realized that many major online marketers do
not have the resources to run effective online campaigns themselves, and
launched the turnkey MarketMaker Program services. The MarketMaker
Program, which provides dedicated account managers to build, track, and
manage online campaigns, was later spun off into the stand-alone agency
eonMedia.
Prior to joining Go Toast and eonMedia, Magun was Vice President at
Sprinks, a pay-per-click search engine unit of About.com. Before
joining Sprinks, Magun held the position of Associate General Manager of
About.com, where he led strategic partnerships and had many operational
responsibilities.
Magun has also worked at eMachines, a PC company, and at American
Express, where he was responsible for launching new businesses in the
New Business Ventures division.
Magun holds a Masters of International Affairs in International Finance
and Banking from the Columbia University School of International and
Public Affairs, and a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Carleton
College. He speaks fluent French and Hungarian.
