Marcelo Sant’Iago has been working with advertising since 1989, and started with interactive media in 1995. He has given presentations about interactive communications in Argentina, Brazil, China, Hong Kong, Mexico, USA and Middle East countries. Marcelo was the President of IAB Brasil - Interactive Advertising Bureau between 2002-2006, and now is Chairman of the Advisory Board. He also serves as board member for Fédération Internationale des Associations de Multimédia, based in Canada, and as board member for the World Summit Award, an United Nations supported initiative based in Salzburg, Austria. Sant’Iago blogs about interactive media and search engine marketing, is one of the regional editors of Multilingual Search, writes monthly for Caderno Propaganda & Marketing newspaper, Webinsider.com.br and has articles and interviews published in Brazil and abroad.
Currently Marcelo holds the title Business Development Director at MídiaClick, a performance-based marketing agency from São Paulo, Brazil.
