Country Director for Brazil,
Alexandre Hohagen, began his career in the area of communications and marketing with Dow Chemical Brazil where he managed public relations for Latin America. In 1995, Alexandre became Head of Human Resources for Boehringer Ingelheim and later managed the Human Resources Department of the ABN Amro Bank. In 2000, Alexandre moved to UOL (Universo Online) and worked in a number of different positions, including General Manager of operations for the UOL Global Sales team in the United States and Vice-President of advertising and e-commerce for the company. Following his time at UOL, Alexandre became Head of HBO in Brazil, where he oversaw the operations of the HBO Premium channel and the Warner Channel. In 2005, he became Head of Google in Brazil.
Alexadre has a degree in Public Relations from the University of Sao Paulo and postgraduate degrees in management from IMD (Switzerland) and IIHR (Holland).
