publications. In 1999, Andrew founded a private consultancy, Toronto-based

marketing services and strategic marketing advice to companies seeking an
online presence. Page Zero recently received a four-star client
effectiveness rating in the MarketingSherpa.com SEO Buyer's Guide.
Andrew's special report "21 Ways to Maximize ROI on Google AdWords Select,"
recently updated to take account of Google's AOL partnership and new Google

Andrew holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Toronto and
an M.A in Political Science from York University, and for three years held
a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council doctoral fellowship. He
taught political theory and public policy at York and Trent Universities
before leaving academe to pursue Internet ventures. He has been playing
around with computers since the early 1980's but today focuses primarily on
the marketing side of the Internet.
