The Premier Sponsorship includes the following:
10x20ft Exhibit Area
The exhibit area is floor space only. The sponsor is responsible for all booth decoration, personnel, electric, shipping, computer, telephone and other requirements. Exhibit floor space is made available on a first come, first served basis and no assurances or guarantees for specific space can be given.
Advertising in Event Handbook
The sponsor's company logo, URL and description are featured in the event handbook. In addition, the sponsor may provide us with artwork for a single-sided, full-page print advertisement in the handbook, which is distributed to all conference attendees.
On-site Marketing and Promotional Exposure
The sponsor's company logo is printed on the event's welcome banner. The Premier sponsor also has the opportunity to insert a literature piece into the conference tote bag.
Sponsor also has the option to select ONE of the following sponsorships to help enhance their on-site presence: E-Mail Promotion Blast or Single-Sided Freestanding Billboard
Conference Registration Passes for Sponsor's Personnel
The sponsor receives five complimentary registration passes for Search Engine Strategies for use by their personnel and may not be transferred or re-sold in any manner.
Discounted Conference Registration Passes for Sponsor's Customers
The sponsor may offer their customers and additional personnel a discount of 20% off the regular conference registration rate. Applies to new registrations only. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
Event Website Advertising
The sponsor's company logo and description appear on the event website. Thousands of Internet industry professionals visit the website prior to and during the event, thus providing tremendous exposure to the sponsor's brand and potential traffic to sponsor's website.
Media Exposure
Sponsor's company name (or logo where applicable) is mentioned in pre-show attendee marketing initiatives including prominent placement on print ads, direct mail postcards, press releases, and electronic communications.
