Sponsorship Opportunities
Networking Sponsorship (limited to two)
Host the most popular part of SES, the opportunity to meet and greet over food and beverage! The Networking Sponsorship includes the opportunity to host ONE of the following:
Cocktail Party - Either pre-conference or end of first day
Continental Breakfast - Day 1 or Day 2
Lunch - Day 1 or Day 2 with opportunity to address the audience
Coffee Breaks - Two per day
Each Networking Sponsor will also have the opportunity to host one private dinner for up to 25 people from the delegate list. The dinner will be organized by SES and held in the conference hotel. Sponsor will be responsible for F&B costs.

Marketing Sponsorship (limited to three)
Imprint your company's logo on the most popular collateral items distributed at the conference and extend your branding post-conference. The Marketing Sponsorship includes the opportunity to brand one item from each of the following two lists:

SES Forum Tabletop Sponsorship (limited)
Give your company the opportunity to network face to face with conference attendees during lunch breaks and the evening cocktail reception.
Sponsorship includes:
- 6-foot draped table, two chairs, one wastebasket, and a 22"x28" easel sign. No booths or pop-up displays are permitted
- Pre-event marketing exposure: Best efforts will be made to include the sponsor's company name and/or logo in pre-show marketing materials (online and off)
- SES Forum Website Branding: Sponsor's company name, logo and 100-word or less description will appear on the sponsor page of the event website
- SES Forum Handbook Advertising: Sponsor's company name and 100-word or less company description will be featured in the event handbook
- Conference Registration Passes for sponsor's personnel: Sponsor will receive 2 complimentary full-conference registration passes for use by its guests and personnel
- Discounted Conference Registration Passes for Sponsors: Sponsor will be able to offer additional customers, employees, and prospects a discount of 25% off the regular conference registration rate.
Conference Handbook Advertising (limited)
The Conference Handbook advertiser provides us with artwork for a single-sided full page print advertisement for the event handbook. The handbook, which is distributed to all conference attendees, contains all the essential conference information and is used as a reference guidebook well after the conference is over.
