Hans Peter Brøndmo is an innovator, successful entrepreneur and best selling
author of The Eng@ged
Customer: The New Rules of Internet Direct Marketing. A sought after
public speaker, he is frequently featured in national media (NYT, WSJ, Fast
Company, Business2.0(Grok), DMNews, NPR, Bloomberg, CNNfn) and was recently
asked to testify at a Senate hearing on the Internet and privacy. Brondmo
has pioneered many leading database driven email communications and
marketing programs for clients such as Hewlett Packard, OfficeMax, Victoria’
s Secret, Wegman’s Food Markets and many, many others. Today as a Digital Impact Fellow, Brøndmo is
using his technology and marketing expertise to improve how companies manage
their customer information and electronic communication to both increase
shareholder value and build stronger customer relationships.
In 1996, Brøndmo founded his third company, email marketing pioneer Post
Communications, later acquired by Netcentives. Prior to founding Post he
served as Entrepreneur in Residence at Mohr Davidow Ventures and worked at
Avid Technology, DiVA Corporation, Apple Computer, the Center for European
Nuclear Research (CERN) and McKinsey and Company. He performed his
undergraduate and graduate studies at MIT.
