Kristin Graves has been with Avon.com since its launch in 1997 and currently heads up online marketing initiatives for AVON North America.  Her responsibilities include all aspects of managing advertising partnerships, email lead generation, search optimization, sweepstakes and affiliate marketing in the US and Canadian markets. Kristin also works as a liaison with AVON UK to help guide their online marketing efforts.

Most recently, Kristin has been charged with developing online marketing tools that help Avon Representatives sell online and offline more effectively. This will become ever more important after June 2006 as Avon enters the next phase of enabling Representatives to leverage the Internet and Avon.com to increase their earnings and improve efficiency in managing their AVON businesses.

Prior to joining Avon, Kristin held marketing and account management roles at Methodfive LLC, DC Comics, and McCann-Erickson. Kristin holds a B.A. in Journalism from The Pennsylvania State University.
