Cathy Reuben concentrates her practice in the areas of labor and employment law and litigation. She has appeared before the state and federal lower and appeals courts and government agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
Ms. Reuben is a frequent speaker on labor and employment law issues. She has chaired seminars and served on panels for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education Association (MCLE), the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA), and local law schools. She is often quoted in the press on labor and employment law matters. Ms. Reuben was recently quoted in and featured on the front cover of Lawyer's Weekly USA.
Ms. Reuben is an active participant in the labor and employment law community. She cochaired a committee of lawyers that helped draft the MCAD's substantive regulations and disability discrimination guidelines. She has served as chair of the MBA's Employee Rights and Responsibilities Committee and as a member of its Labor Section Council.
Ms. Reuben received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. from Amherst College, magna cum laude.
