Denise is an attorney specializing in appellate and intellectual property
litigation. She has handled matters for a wide variety of industries and
individuals, including Internet technology and bioscience companies, real
estate developers, professional sports teams, manufacturers, distributors,
professional service providers, financial institutions and non-profit
organizations. Denise is active in her firm's associate training and
recruitment programs, and in developing and implementing strategies for its
technology infrastructure.
Denise is also the Author of one of the first law related weblogs (Bag and
Baggage, http://bgbg.blogspot.com), featured in "The Lawyer's Guide To Marketing On The Internet" (ABA) and other publications. Denise actually coined the term
"blawg" as shorthand for legal weblog.
