The Gold Sponsorship includes a comprehensive pre-event, on-site and post-event branding and marketing opportunity featuring the following:

Pre-Event Promotion
Event Website Advertising
The sponsor's logo, rotating banner ad, and description appear on the event website. Thousands of Internet industry professionals visit the website prior to and during the event, thus providing tremendous exposure to the sponsor's brand and potential traffic to sponsor's website.

Media Exposure
The sponsor's company name (or logo where applicable) is mentioned in pre-show attendee marketing initiatives including prominent placement on print ads, direct mail postcards, press releases, and electronic communications.

Two (2) Full-page/4-color Print Ads in SES Magazine
(1 pre-conference issue & 1 conference issue) SES Magazine serves as the official conference guide to the 20,000-plus attendees at SES London, New York, Toronto, San Francisco, and Chicago.

Pre-Registered Press List
The sponsor is provided with a targeted press list leading up to the event.

Access to Pre-Registered Attendee Postal List
The sponsor may mail a pre/post-show direct mail piece to attendee list promoting their involvement with the event. This mailing is conducted via a bonded third-party mail house (limited to two total mailings). Sponsors are responsible for costs associated with third-party mailings.

Pre-Event Promotional E-mail
The sponsor is included in a gold sponsor pre-show e-mail blast distributed in HTML format to pre-registered attendees one week prior to the event. Sponsor logo and a message of up to 75 words must be sent to SES one week prior to delivery. SES reserves the right to modify the sponsor's message (upon approval) to meet formatting and privacy guidelines. Listing order on the blast is based on a first-come, first-serve basis, and sponsors are responsible for providing all creative.

On-Site Promotion
10x20ft (3x6m) Booth Space
The exhibit area is floor space only. The exhibitor is responsible for all booth decoration, personnel, electric, shipping, computer, telephone and other requirements. No assurances or guarantees for specific space can be given.

Conference Registration Passes & Discounts
The sponsor receives five complimentary registration passes to SES for use by its personnel. These passes may not be transferred or re-sold in any manner. The sponsor may offer its customers and additional personnel a discount of 20% off the regular conference registration rate. Applies to new registrations only. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.

Prominent Branding on Entrance Unit
The sponsor's brand will be displayed prominently on the entrance unit leading into the exhibit hall.

Individual Hanging Banner (standard size 6x4ft)
SES will produce a dedicated banner to drive more attendees to the sponsor's booth. The banner will be placed in a prominent location based upon availability. The sponsor is responsible for providing all creative.

Two (2) Single-sided Freestanding Billboards
SES will produce two 38 1/8" x 86" single-sided graphic panels placed throughout the conference. The sponsor is responsible for providing all creative.

Advertising in SES Magazine
In addition to a full-page ad, the sponsor's logo will be displayed on the front cover of the SES Magazine conference issue (location of logo determined by SES). Sponsor's logo, URL, and 100-word description are featured on the exhibitor page. SES Magazine is distributed to all conference attendees.

Lobby Cat
The sponsor may hand-distribute promotional material to attendees in the registration area. Sponsor is responsible for providing staff and materials.

Literature Distribution
The sponsor may distribute literature items at the event in the conference tote bag. Sponsor is responsible for shipping and materials.
