Sarah Smith joined Facebook in 2008 and recently moved to Austin to head up the company's new sales and operations office. Prior to this role, she launched and led the Online Sales Account Management team, partnering with advertisers to help them achieve their strategic objectives with Facebook Advertising. Before Facebook, Sarah was Director of New Business at Swish Marketing, a start-up specializing in online lead generation for the financial sector. Sarah has also held positions with Boston Consulting Group, Sylvan Learning Centers, and the Madison Metropolitan School District. She has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Music Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
