Robyn Raybould is responsible for identifying select marketers to participate in a Microsoft pilot program, code named LookingGlass, which provides an innovative approach to the word-of-mouth category. LookingGlass is a proof-of-concept tool which allows companies to listen to, participate in, and analyze social media.
Previously, Robyn served as Manager of Microsoft's Premium Account Services Group and led a team of Senior Account Managers supporting top tier Bing paid search clients. She joined Microsoft's New York offices in 2005 to participate in the launch of adCenter to the US Market.
Before joining Microsoft, Robyn was the Manager of Marketing and Lead Generation for YellowBrix, a web content aggregator in Washington, D.C.
Originally from Northern Virginia, Robyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from New York University.
