VP of Product Management and Marketing
Richard Sim brings over 12 years of experience in online analytics, scalable enterprise and consumer software, and strategy development. Prior to Anchor Intelligence, Richard led product management at Microsoft for Hotmail where he managed the complete overhaul and worldwide launch of the service to over 300 million users under the Windows Live brand. Under his management, Windows Live Hotmail was awarded a PC Magazine Editor’s Choice award for its superior user interface and features. Prior to Microsoft, Richard held key leadership roles in analytics and business development at Vividence, a user experience and analytics provider acquired by Keynote Systems (KEYN) in 2004. Previously, Richard was an Engagement Manager specializing in strategy development for clients in the high tech and new media sectors with Kaiser Associates, a boutique strategy consultancy.
Richard holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business as well as a BA in Political Economy from U.C. Berkeley.
