First two conference registrants pay full price, the third person from the same organization, registering at the same time qualifies for 50% off their registration fee (of equal value). Sign up online or contact our registration department. Student and non-profit organization rates are available. Please contact the registration department. Purchase Orders are acceptable, however, pre-payment is required to register. For Government Agencies, invoicing is possible - for details please contact our registration department.
If you wish to pay by check or need a printable form:
Print this registration form, complete it and mail or fax it with your payment. The fax number and mailing address are located on the form. Payment by mail must be received NO LATER than March 18, 2010. If payment is not received by March 18, 2010, you will need to register on-site. Note: You will not be registered for the conference until payment is received.
Cancellations and Substitutions
If you must cancel for any reason, notify our registration department by February 12, 2010. Your registration will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations after February 12, 2010 are non-refundable. If you cannot attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, you may transfer your registration to another person. You may not transfer your registration once your badge has been picked up.
