Tami Zhu is the vice president of strategy and business development for Dictionary.com. Zhu brings over 13 years of consumer internet experience to her current position. Before joining the Dictionary.com team, Zhu was with AOL where she held executive positions in Corporate M&A, AOL Venture Investments, and Truveo Video Search Business Development. Prior to AOL, Zhu was a part of the founding team at Excite@Home International where she led the launch of the broadband international joint ventures in the Netherlands, Australia, and Japan. Early on in her career, Zhu was a software developer on the C++ compiler team at Borland International.
Zhu holds BS degrees in both Information Science and Psychology from the Beijing University in China, as well as a MS in Computer Science from UC San Diego, and an MBA from MIT Sloan.
