The Premier Plus Sponsorship includes a comprehensive pre-event, on-site and post-event branding and marketing opportunity featuring the following:
Pre-Event
Media Exposure
The Premier Plus sponsor's company name (or logo where applicable) is mentioned in pre-show attendee marketing initiatives including prominent placement on print ads, direct mail postcards, press releases, and electronic communications.
Event Website Advertising
The sponsor's company logo and description appears on the event website. Thousands of Internet industry professionals visit the website prior to and during the event, thus providing tremendous exposure to the sponsor's brand and potential traffic to sponsor's website.
Dedicated E-mail Blast to Pre-Registered Attendees
The sponsor is included in a dedicated Premier Plus Sponsor pre-show e-mail blast that is distributed one week prior to the event (message can be up to 75 words). Listing order on the blast is based on a first come first serve basis.
Pre-Registered Press List
The sponsor is provided with a targeted press list leading up to the event.
Access to Pre-Registered Attendee Postal List for Sponsor Mailing (through third-party mail house)
The sponsor may mail a pre/post-show direct mail piece to attendee list promoting their involvement with the event. This mailing is conducted via a bonded third-party mail house (limited to two total mailings).
On-Site
20x20ft Exhibit Area
The exhibit area is floor space only. The sponsor is responsible for all booth decoration, personnel, electric, shipping, computer, telephone, Internet connection and other requirements. Exhibit floor space is made available on a first come, first served basis and no assurances or guarantees for specific space can be given.
Advertising in Event Handbook
The sponsor receives a 100-word corporate description, as well as prominent logo placement on the welcome page. Sponsor's company logo, URL and description are featured in the event handbook, which is distributed to all conference attendees.
On-site Marketing and Promotional Exposure
- The sponsor's company logo is printed on the event's welcome banner.
- Sponsors' company logo is displayed on the revolving slide show which is displayed in all classrooms in between sessions.
- Sponsor also has the option to select three of the following sponsorships to help enhance their on-site presence: Full Page Magazine Ad, Single-Sided Billboard, Hanging Banner, Promotional Item, Literature Distribution, Special Events Promotion, Magazine Distribution, Lobby Cat.
Conference Registration Passes For Premier Plus Sponsor's Personnel
The sponsor receives ten complimentary registration passes to the event for use by its personnel (these passes may not be transferred or re-sold in any manner).
Discounted Conference Registration Passes for Sponsor's Customers
The sponsor may offer its customers and additional personnel a discount of 20% off the regular conference registration rate. Applies to new registrations only. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
Post Event
Premier Plus Sponsor Mention in Post-Event E-mail Communications
The sponsor is mentioned in all post-event communications with attendees sent by SES.
Post-Show Event Exposure
At the end of the show, each attendee will receive a complete list of the exhibitors who scanned their badge on the exhibit floor. The sponsor's company name will be listed for free. Sponsors also have the opportunity to boost their presence in this list by adding a website URL, contact information and even a brief company or product description.
