As the Chief Marketing Officer, Stephen helped the company achieve a 35% annual growth rate over six years to become one of the UK's largest private brokers specializing in unsecured loans. During his tenure, First Personal Finance Limited generated and processed some 200,000 credit applications, resulting in £200 million of business.
