Manager of Client Services
As Manager of Client Services, Stacy Morgan heads up the account team focused on managing large direct and agency accounts. Her team manages the company's strategic accounts with responsibilities such as account optimization,data analytics, revenue growth, and consultative campaign management. Morgan's knowledge spans the search industry ranging from cpcbid management to analytics and click validity to ad networkmanagement. In this role, Morgan has used her expertise to fine-tune the sales workflow, improve implementation efficiencies, anddevelopindustry leadingclient service benchmarks. She has also played a primary role in creation ofppc searchmarketing optimization best practices. Prior to heading up the Client Services team, Stacy served as account manager for clients such as Orbitz, Macys.com, NexTag, and Walmart.com where she was able to apply data driven methodologies for optimizing and increasing campaign revenue. Prior to LookSmart, Stacy worked at NBC Internet as client relations senior analyst, where her accomplishments included managing key accounts which comprised $5 million in annual revenue for the company. Stacy is a graduate of UC Berkeley and continues to stay involved with the scholarship and career servicesdivisions of the alumni association.
