Stacy Williams, Managing Partner of Prominent Placement, Inc., is responsible for overseeing a team of account managers who achieve prominent placement for client websites in the search engines, with the goal of driving high quality traffic that converts. Since early 2001, Stacy has built Prominent Placement into a full-service, award-winning search marketing firm. Nationally recognized as a leader in its field, the firm consistently demonstrates its foresight to rapidly adapt and stay ahead of an ever-evolving search marketing industry. Based in Atlanta, Prominent Placement provides comprehensive programs incorporating the strategic use of organic search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, local search marketing, Internet Yellow Pages, press release optimization, link building, online reputation management, SEM en Espaņol and comprehensive data analysis and reporting.
Stacy has been involved in search marketing since 1998. Her extensive marketing background includes 18 years' experience at advertising and direct marketing agencies in Atlanta and Los Angeles. Stacy is a national speaker on search marketing, and is frequently published on the topic. She received an M.A. in Communications Management from the University of Southern California's Annenberg School and a B.S. in Business Administration, emphasizing Marketing, from the University of California at Berkeley's Haas School.
